Meet Lorraine
For a long time, I had focused on simply getting through life. Eventually, I realised it was time to begin creating a life that had space for balance, commitment, love, joy and, importantly, myself.

The Heart Behind Flow With The Heart
Hi beautiful souls, I’m Lorraine.
Flow With The Heart was born from my own journey of healing, self-discovery and learning how to find peace again when life felt anything but peaceful.
There was a period in my life when I experienced significant grief and change. I lost my mother, lost my job and found myself questioning how I was going to move forward and continue providing for myself and my family.
Alongside this, my experiences with difficult relationships, challenging work environments and the loss of people I loved made me realise that something needed to change.
For a long time, I had focused on simply getting through life. Eventually, I realised it was time to begin creating a life that had space for balance, commitment, love, joy and, importantly, myself.
Discovering Breathwork
During my journey of self-discovery, I came across breathwork.
Something about it immediately resonated with what I was experiencing emotionally, and I decided to give it a try.
What began as something I explored for myself became a profound part of my personal journey.
Breathwork helped me reconnect with myself and gave me a greater understanding of my body, emotions and nervous system. It brought a sense of calm and peace that I hadn’t experienced before and helped illuminate the parts of myself that needed greater care and attention.
Eventually, I knew I wanted to deepen my knowledge and share this work with others.
Becoming a Breathwork Facilitator felt like the second chance I had been searching for and ultimately became the beginning of Flow With Your Heart.
My Experience
I have been an Access Bars® Practitioner for over 10 years and am also a trained Breathwork Facilitator.
I continue to expand my knowledge of nervous system regulation, holistic wellbeing and the mind-body connection.
My approach combines professional education with lived experience, allowing me to hold space in a way that feels genuine, compassionate and deeply supportive.
I understand what it can feel like to lose connection with yourself.
And I also understand how powerful it can be when you finally create the space to come back home to yourself.
That is the space I hope to offer every person who walks through my door.
